In a world full a serious hard-hitting news and craziness guess who always gets top billing on the headlines, The Kardashians. Whether you love them or you hate them they are America’s Favorite Family in this era (we can argue that if you like).

This is an age-old situation of the sisters not being too fond of their brother’s girlfriend. This could very well be the premise of sitcom or a real funny comedy, but no its front page news. The clan Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe are standing firm in making sure they can do any and everything they can to stop Blac Chyna from getting ownership of the family name. According to TMZ sources, someone very close to the family is saying that they will not withdraw their opposition to Chyna’s application to trademark her birth name “Angela Renee Kardashian” — despite Chyna’s camp claiming that there’s no legal war brewing.

ICYMI: Chyna and dash brother Rob Kardashian, last month, gave birth to their baby Dream.

Other sources attest that Kris Jenner reached out to Blac Chyna and promised that she would call off the lawyers. But on the other hand the source alleges that the sisters do not feel the same as their mother.

Despite Chyna being the fiancée of Rob, it seems that does not make a difference when it comes to the business ownership of the Kardashian name. Apparently this situation is nothing personal, it’s all about the protecting the brand that is “The Kardashians.”

Do you think it’s odd that she wants to trademark the Kardashians last name because she didn’t make the same attempt with her ‘Rack City’ ex-, Tyga, (whose now dating Kylie Jenner, Rob’s baby sister), when they were going hot and heavy. Then again would you want Tyga’s last name???

Business is business!! And if there is one thing we know about the Kardashians, they put their empire first.
