Mona Scott-Young the brainchild behind VH1’a biggest show franchise Love & Hip Hop. You can look at it as a gift and a curse to hip hop culture… regardless of how you feel about it good, bad or indifferent there is no doubt she has shifted the culture and dozens of people into household names.

If you know anything about 1990s Hip-Hop Violator Entertainment was one of the biggest companies in the business. She spent the first 20 years of her career managing some of the careers of the biggest stars in black music.  She is now the CEO of multi-media entertainment company Monami Entertainment —home to Grammy Award-winning artist Missy Elliott & more.

Yesterday Ms. Scott-Young sat down with Wendy Williams to talk honestly about her views on the culture and how she feels about people who say she showcases black women in a bad light. In the midst of that Wendy manages to get her to open up about the real on Jim Jones, the paternity of Joseline Hernandez‘s unborn child, and shockly reveals that her protege Yandy Smith, reality star of LHHNY & her husband Mendeecees aren’t legally married!

Take a peek at all this good tea.
