Rap Queen Missy Elliott recently accepted the Innovator honor award, presented to her by her good friend Ciara at Billboard Women in Music 2015.

Speaking women who have inspired her ‘Lose Control’ performer mentions Missy as artist who an outstanding woman, so loving, and a woman who taught her humility – which is the quality she feels she gained the most from her, calling her a “genius.” Ciara also lists Sade, Janet Jackson & Whitney Houston as “diverse” artists saying “the way they express themselves through their songs is so powerful.”

In another clip speaking on the motherhood to her son Future Zahir Wilburn, Ciara says she adores the title “mom,” saying:

Juggling being a mom and an entertainer is a challenge I face every day,” she said. “The great thing is that I love both jobs. Being a mom to my son has taken precedence over everything in my life and I think that’s the order it should be. … It’s a great challenge that I don’t think’s ever gonna stop.
